SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Late order cutoff of 3PM Melbourne time to get your stock dispatched priority shipping.
  • Free shipping available overnight to anywhere in Australia with orders over $499.
  • Orders under $499 will incur a flat fee Australia wide.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure your mailing address is correct. In the event of attempted delivery but failed due to incorrect or insufficient address information, a redelivery fee may be charged.
  • If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately
  • All orders will be dispatched within 1 business day. Same day shipping applies to orders placed before 3.30PM AEST time with payments cleared. Orders placed after 3.30PM AEST will be shipped on the next business day. Order placed on weekend or public holiday will be shipped on the next business day.All orders will be shipped via Australia Post Express Post or Regular/Standred Post.
